Al Unser Jr. is one of world's most famous race drivers. He was a two-time winner of the Indianapolis 500, and the only six-time winner of the Long Beach Grand Prix in California.

Al Unser Jr. was recently quoted as saying, "Team 3G with Stanton Barrett is a good team. Owen Snyder is the crew chief on that car. He was my crew chief when I won my first Indy 500 and my first national championship. Stanton seems to catch up on stuff on the car really quick. He comes from a stock car background, so he's spent most of his life in NASCAR. He uses his head when he drives, he thinks about it. He's going to run well and I think that Stanton's a contender for Rookie of the Year!"
